    This way, it is possible to visit the whole country, and have transportation and a private guide during your whole trip in Portugal.

    We are established since 2011, and consist of a small team of private drivers/guides, a company founded by Gonzalo, a private guide.
    We are not a big company. We pay attention to detail and focus on the experience the customer is having.
    We want all our customers to have an experience of a lifetime, not just a simple tour.
    We conduct private guided tours. This means that on any tour you book with us, we will escort you inside the attractions that are part of the tour.
    We usually don't leave guests alone during the day, proving all necessary assistance each day, at each location.

    Yes. All our tours have complimentary pickup/drop-off at your hotel in Lisbon, Sintra or Cascais.
    This includes not only hotels, but also airbnb's and other similar accommodations.
    As long as our vehicle can get in, we will be there to pick you up, and drop you off at the end of the tour.
    You will be prompted to enter the accommodation address during your booking online.

    For multi-day tours (multiple cities in Portugal), pickup/drop-off is always included at your hotel.

    Yes, of course. We always make sure our guests have time for lunch, on each tour.
    Your guide will give you recommendations throughout the day, on where to eat, based on your preferences.
    You will then have time to integrate a stop to eat, on any of our tours.
    Additionally, if you wish some free time for anything (shopping, eating, walking), just inform your guide during the day.

    All our tours are provided in English.
    We work 100% with international customers, which the main language is English.
    Therefore, all our guides are fluent in English, and will conduct your tour in English throughout the day.

    You just need to select the desired tour, choose date, and submit the booking.
    Once finalized, you will receive an email confirmation, to confirm that you are booked with us.

    You can pay using any major credit card (VISA, AMEX or Mastercard).

    CANCELLATION POLICY (Updated)
    * We have a flexible worry-free cancellation policy for your comfort - BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE:
    – We know plans can change and we accept changes to the original booking for another day/period, if we have availability, without any extra charge.
    – Any services can be canceled up to 60 days prior trip start, with two options available:
    1) Any amounts paid can be used as credit for future use, to reschedule/postpone your trip up to 5 years time.
    2) Refund of 100% of the amounts paid, back into the same card.

    * Cancellations between 60 days and 7 days prior trip starting dates: 50% refund
    * Cancellations less than 7 days prior trip starting dates: no refund
    * Our Guarantee: 100% of the amounts paid can be used to reschedule/postpone the trip, even if canceled between 60 days and until 7 days prior trip starting date.
    * No show: no restitution / payment in full
    * Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable
    * Hotel reservations are non-refundable, unless specified

    Yes. We do also offer private transfers across Portugal, in addition to the private tours we have operating daily.
    Our transfers have the ability to add some stops on the way, in case the customer wishes to briefly visit anything on the way.

    Yes. We are licensed by the Portuguese Tourism Board (Turismo de Portugal).
    We work under license 228/13 (RNAAT), and license 8506 (RNAVT).
